Hotel, spa procedures, and a large wellness center with a 20m pool. Reconstruction of the former polyclinic into a hotel and revitalization of the extensive ground-floor spa operation. By disguising the original 1970s building and increasing the windows to their maximum size, along with a new layout, the simple block was able to stand out. From the original building, the original prefabricated reinforced concrete frame is still preserved in some places. The task was to maximize the use of the space and provide users with the best experience while minimizing interference with the supporting structures. The result is a clean, minimalist, and modern hotel in the middle of Podebrady with a generous and contemporary wellness center. The contrasts of colors and materials are visible in every part of the hotel and the wellness area. The use of daylight was maximized, a coherent navigation system was designed, and the materials were selected to last. There were too many pictures of the project, so we separated it into two; please check the other part.
