During Milan Salone del Mobile 2024, we invited visitors to an extraordinary sensory experience where the boundaries between reality and dream blurred. Visitors entered the experiential installation titled Re/Creation, which drew them out of everyday hustle and led them to a place where time seemed to flow differently.

Just a few steps away from the bustle of Milanese streets, a gateway opened into Palazzo Isimbardi, where an oasis of tranquility and creativity awaited. Visitors found themselves amidst sand dunes that welcomed them with an intoxicating scent and a quiet whisper. A wooden path led them step by step through a thick fog drifting above the ground, awakening the sensation of walking on the surface of another planet.

Only at the end of the path did a mirrored reflection welcome them within a vast reflective surface. This mirror, dominating the space, served not only as an echo of their presence but also as a portal connecting history with the present, reflecting the majestic palace and the large-scale glass sculptures by Lasvit’s creative director, Maxim Velcovský.

The public-acclaimed presentation won the prestigious Fuorisalone Milano Design Week 2024 award in competition with approximately 1,100 projects.
